The Power of Emotions
Sep 14, 2022How to Harness Their Energy
We all have emotions. They serve a purpose. And when we understand their meaning and power, we can better manage them and our lives. Our feelings can create our reality and give us information about our thoughts and beliefs. In this blog post, I'll be discussing the two primary purposes of emotions, as well as five ways you can start using the power of your emotions to your advantage. You can achieve great things!
So emotions serve two important purposes in our life. First, they set our energetic frequency and help us create the reality we want to experience. And second, they give us information. Emotions are like little messengers; they come to us to tell us something about our thoughts and beliefs. They're like a guidance system, letting us know when we're on track or when we need to make some changes.
Harnessing the power of emotions allows us to set our energetic frequency and create the reality we want to experience. Our thoughts and beliefs create a certain energetic frequency, which attracts experiences that match that frequency. So if we think of love and abundance, we'll attract more experiences of love and abundance into our lives. And if we think of fear and scarcity, we'll attract more experiences of fear and scarcity into our lives.
So how do our emotions help us create the reality we want? It's all about vibrational frequency. Our emotions also create a certain energetic frequency, which attracts experiences that match that frequency. So if we're feeling positive emotions like joy and happiness, we'll attract more experiences of joy and happiness into our lives. And if we're feeling negative emotions like anger and frustration, we'll attract more experiences of anger and frustration into our lives.
The second purpose of emotions is to give us information about our thoughts and beliefs. So if we're feeling positive emotions, our thoughts and beliefs align with what we want to experience. And if we're feeling negative emotions, our thoughts and beliefs are out of alignment with what we want to experience. So negative emotions are a sign that we need to change our thoughts and beliefs. They're like a red light, telling us to stop and look at what we're thinking and believing. If we don't listen to the guidance of our emotions, we'll continue to attract experiences we don't want. But if we listen to the guidance of our emotions, we can change our thoughts and beliefs and start attracting the experiences we want.

Emotions not only affect our own well-being but also can influence those around us. In fact, some experts believe that our emotions may even have the power to change the course of history. But for most of us, this power remains largely untapped. As a result, we allow our emotions to control us instead of learning how to harness our power and use it for our benefit.
1. Use your emotions to create positive change in your life
One of the best ways to harness the power of your emotions is to use them to create positive change in your life. This can be done by repeating positive thoughts to yourself and focusing on beliefs that make you feel good. As you do this, you'll begin to raise your vibrational frequency, making it easier to attract what you desire into your life.
2. Use your emotions to influence those around you
Another way to harness the power of your emotions is to use them to influence those around you. This can be done by positively expressing your emotions and responding with curiosity instead of anger when someone does something that bothers you. When you do this, you'll begin to change the energy field around you, making it easier for others to feel good.
3. Use your emotions to power through tough times.
When we experience intense emotions, it's easy to feel like we're going to die. We might feel physical pain in our chest or gut, and we might feel like we're overwhelmed and can't handle the emotion. But that's not true. Emotions won't kill us. In fact, it's really important to feel our feelings. They tell us what's going on inside of us, and they can help us make better decisions.
If we suppress our emotions, they tend to come out in other ways - like physical health problems or relationship problems. According to an article from the National Institute of Health, the cardiovascular response (e.g., increase in heart rate) associated with suppressing emotion is approximately twice as large as the response related to simply expressing that emotion. We saw an example of this recently when the husband of the teacher who died in the Uvalde school shooting passed away from what relatives say was a 'broken heart.'
So it's imperative to find a way to express our feelings healthily. That might mean talking to a friend or counselor, writing in a journal, or doing something creative.
4. Use your emotions to manifest your desires
If you want to use the power of your emotions to manifest your desires, it's important to remember that your thoughts and emotions must be in alignment. This means you need to focus on feeling the way you want and practice positive visualization. When you do this, you'll begin to attract your desires into your life much more quickly.
5. Use your emotions to change the world
Finally, you can use the power of your emotions to change the world. This can be done by focusing on positive emotions and using them to spread love and light wherever you go. When you do this, you'll raise the planet's vibrational frequency, making it easier for all of us to create the world we want to see.
