When it comes to our vibration, we each have our own unique set of preferences and sensitivities. What affects one person might not affect another at all. This is why it's so important to know what works for you and to take care of yourself. Because, ultimately, it's up to us to create a good vibration in our lives. In this blog post, we'll explore some things that can influence our vibration and how we can raise it. So what exactly is vibration?

In short, it's our frequency. Everything in the universe is made up of energy, and that energy has a certain frequency. Our thoughts, emotions, and actions all contribute to our overall vibration. The higher our vibration, the more positive our experience will be. On the other hand, if our vibration is low, we're likely to feel negative emotions and attract negative experiences.

On the other hand, if we surround ourselves with positive, high-vibration people, we're more likely to raise our vibration.

What we expose ourselves to also plays a role in our vibration. This includes the media we consume, the conversations we have, and even the things we allow into our physical space. If we're constantly bombarded with negative news, for example, it's going to be harder to maintain a high vibration. The same goes for having negative conversations or keeping clutter in our space. These things can all weigh us down and bring our vibrations down with them.

Our thoughts and emotions are also powerful influencers of our vibration. Every thought and feeling we have contributes to our overall energy frequency. This is why it's so important to be aware of our thoughts and emotions, and to try to keep them as positive as possible. The more we can focus on good things, our vibration will be higher.

Finally, our physical environment can also affect our vibration. This includes everything from the temperature to the lighting to the amount of nature we're surrounded by. If we're constantly in a place that makes us feel uncomfortable, it will be harder to keep our vibration high. But if we're in a space that feels good to us and allows us to relax, it will be easier to maintain a high vibration.
