Find a place that is comfortable adjust any pillows Stretch and release consciously and physically set the intention for a time of deep relaxation allow any thoughts that come to mind to scroll through don't pay much attention and don't hold on focus in on a part of your body that most wants to relax find part of your body that wants to sink into a state of surrender as you continue to gently inhale and exhale notice your body soften feel the warm weight of your eyelids open your eyes allow whatever is touching you fabric perhaps a blanket allow the very close on your body to feel as though they are support the weight of your clothes are helping to relax you helping you to surrender your mind and just allow the experience gently inhale let your belly exhale feel the release in your muscles inhale allow that belly to rise exhale and rest there are times we think that we need answers we need a path but often dear one all you need is rest we still beast still allow your mind to do minds to then return it to the stillness. Peace You feel the sinking a surrender release nice be still in this very moment you have everything that you need there is nothing to think about to want for you to dream or an energetic being with a beating heart active mind and a restoring body you have everything you need still allow the natural pulsing of your heart to effortlessly move energy through your body notice the subtle currents of the flow surrender it is already done surrender and relax you have everything you need spirit flows through you with ease and alignment you have everything you need more divine being eternal expansive allow your body to rest allow yourself to rest still you have everything you need in these moments of gentle inhalations and exhalations. See that that flow of energy guided by your very heartbeat Restoring every cell in your body it's aligning you with perfect health. Divine Love. Deep you are being healed. You're gaining clarity and when you come out of this restful state you noticed that you will easily step into inspiration you are now aligned with a healed, present version of self. You have everything you need and so it is when you're ready shift your energy and open your eyes
