Tips for staying connected with your higher self and spirit during times of growth.

We all go through growing pains in life. It's simply a part of expanding and evolving into who we are meant to be. Unfortunately, many people allow these growing pains to keep them from reaching their highest potential. This week is special; we're celebrating six months of the Living Out Love Podcast. When you're going through tough times and growing, it's really important to take care of yourself. This might mean different things for different people, but one thing always helps is connecting with spirit for strength. There are many different ways to do this, so find what works best for you. You are not alone on this journey. We are all here with you, supporting you every step. No matter what, make sure you take the time to connect with yourself and spirit regularly. This will help you stay strong and on track on your growth journey.

It's normal to feel down sometimes, especially during a growth process.  Have compassion for yourself and your journey. Spirit always supports you, even when you feel lost in the illusion that you're not one with them.  The pain and confusion you feel are part of the human experience. It doesn't mean you're on the wrong path.

Realign with your highest vibration by focusing on things that make you feel good. Write down a list of things you're grateful for, things you've learned, and people you've helped.  This will naturally raise your vibration and help you align with your true self. Take extra good care of yourself during times of emotional upheaval. Stay connected with spirit in whatever ways work for you, whether meditation, channeling, or working with a medium. When you're on your own growth journey, it can be really helpful to have a one-to-one session with a channel or medium. They can help you stay connected with spirit and provide guidance and support. You are exactly where you're supposed to be, and your current situation is not permanent. Everything is constantly shifting and changing. Trust that the universe has your back and keep moving forward.

Remember that you are not alone in this and that there are people who support you. Take care of yourself, both physically and emotionally. Remind yourself that your negative emotions are not a sign that you are doing something wrong but rather a sign that you are human. Check in with yourself regularly to see how you are feeling. If you feel disconnected from your higher self, take some time to meditate or do something that will help you connect with your spirituality. Allow yourself to feel your emotions, but don’t dwell on them. Instead, focus on the things that make you feel good. Practice self-love and compassion, and know that the universe always supports you.

Take some time for yourself to relax and connect with your higher self. This can be done in many ways, such as visualizations, spending time in nature, or journaling. During this time, focus on your breath and let go of any negative thoughts or emotions. If you find yourself dwelling on these things, remember that they are not permanent and do not define you. Release any attachment to the outcome of your visualizations or relaxation exercises. The goal is to simply be in the present moment and connect with your higher self.

When you feel ready, focus on your goals and what you want to manifest in your life. Visualize yourself achieving these things and feel the emotions that come with them. The more positive emotion you can feel, the better. Remember that like attracts like, so the more positive energy you put out, the more positive things will come into your life.

Finally, take action toward your goals. Even if you don’t know precisely how to achieve them, trust that the universe will support you. Have faith in yourself and your ability to manifest your desires. Know that you are worthy of achieving your goals and that you are capable of making them a reality.
