How the 40-Day Meditation Journey works:

- You will receive an email each day with a new meditation
- The meditations average 6-7 minutes long
- You will also have access to a member portal that includes some additional lengthier meditations in case the mood strikesÂ
- At the end of the 40 days we’ll have a group call - I’ll lead a guided meditation then I’ll do readings
- The 40 meditations are each based on an affirmation
- The affirmations build on each other - it’s sorta like walking a labyrinth over 40 days…we’ll go back and forth to end up at the same spot, only we’ll be different people (thought we might look the same)
- Each affirmation has a complementary image you can download for a loving digital reminder
