The 40-day journey is a process of deepening your connection with spirit.
During the 40 days you will raise your vibration and invite spirit to create personal transformation in your life.

What happens each day?
AFFIRMATION
The day begins with an affirmation. You’ll keep this affirmation in mind throughout the day.
I will provide a downloadable image if you’d like to save it as a screen saver or photo.
The affirmations build on each other. As the days continue, we’ll go deep into our beliefs and high in our vibration.
MEDITATION
The daily meditations are short for a reason! I wanted everyone to be able to accomplish a meditation - even during the holidays.
(Especially during the holidays)
The meditations will help you integrate the day’s affirmation into your physical body and energetic field.
PLUS - they’ll help you remain centered and connected with your highest self.
EVOLUTION
As we journey through the 40 days, the affirmations will be shifting our awareness and our energy fields.
We’ll be releasing what no longer serves us and opening up to new possibilities.
We’ll be remembering spiritual truths and imagining new futures.
Everyone’s journey will look a little different. Regardless of where you end up, you’ll be partnering with spirit along the way.

This meditation will get you grounded and aligned with Spirit.

How do the 40-Days work?
Each day you’ll receive a text message and an email from me with the day’s affirmation and meditation.
You’ll be able to access all the previous day’s information in the member portal.
If you miss a day, don’t worry! You’ll have an extra 10 days at the end of the 40 days to complete your journey.
You will also have the option to purchase the meditations for you to use at your discretion. Purchasing all 40 meditations is only $15.55!

You might be wondering why I decided to do this during the holidays…
I know it’s an unconventional time to sign up for a 40 day journey. I find that the holidays are when many people need the most support. It’s easy to lose a grip on our spiritual connection when we’re busy and out of routine.
Or maybe how short meditations could possibly be effective…
40 days of meditation would be difficult for me to complete even without holiday stress - so shorter meditations was the only way to go!
Doing anything for 2-10 minutes a day for 40 days would certainly create a change in your energy field. This experience will be even more impactful because it’s been designed with intention.
